Release of Liability

By registering for a Prosci program, participants acknowledge and accept responsibility for their own health and safety during in-person events. Prosci is not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of personal property during a session.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Cancellations made 30+ calendar days before the start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a 25% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Transfers to another date are free if requested 14+ days in advance. Contact register@prosci.com for changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Subscription & Auto-Renewal

If your registration includes a subscription or trial, it will renew automatically unless cancelled 7 days before renewal. You may cancel by emailing subscriptions@prosci.com.
